Understand the terms before the opportunity.
These answers describe our approach. The actual records, permissions, responsibilities and commercial terms belong in the engagement and licence agreements.
Will the data be used to train AI?
That is one possible licensed use. Buyers may include AI developers, research organisations and enterprise teams seeking training, evaluation, research, retrieval or analytics data. The recipients and permitted uses must be agreed before supply; an enquiry grants no such rights.
Do you buy any business data?
No. Suitability depends on the buyer’s task, source permissions, completeness, context and verifiable outcomes. We initially focus on IT support, e-commerce operations and field services. An assessment is not a purchase offer.
What might my records be worth?
There is no universal price. Scope, usefulness, preparation work, rights, exclusivity and update commitments affect commercial terms. We do not guarantee a buyer, a payment amount or recurring income.
Will I still own the data?
Ownership and the rights you retain must be stated in the agreement. A licence grants specified permissions; it need not transfer ownership. Some underlying content may belong to customers, contractors or other third parties and require separate clearance.
Can customer or employee records be included?
They require careful review. Business approval alone is not a lawful basis for every use of personal information. Applicable privacy duties, notices, confidentiality and content rights must be addressed. Removing names or replacing identifiers is not automatically effective anonymisation.
Do I need to upload files or connect my systems?
No. The website accepts descriptions only. Do not upload or paste source datasets, personal records, confidential documents or credentials. Any later access, sample or preparation process is separately scoped and agreed.
Are there fees or preparation costs?
Any assessment engagement, preparation costs, brokerage fees or revenue share must be agreed before paid work starts. Sending an initial enquiry does not itself create a fee agreement or guarantee acceptance.
Is exclusivity required?
It depends on the opportunity. Non-exclusive and time-limited arrangements can be discussed. The scope and duration of exclusivity, permitted use and rights to future records are separate terms—none is assumed from an enquiry.
Can I withdraw later?
You can stop an enquiry before an agreement is made. After licensing, termination, future supply, copies already delivered and ongoing model use depend on the contract and applicable law. Deleting dataset copies does not automatically remove their influence from a trained model.
Could a licence affect a future business sale?
Yes. An acquirer may review existing licences, exclusivity, continuing obligations and third-party access to proprietary material. Discuss these implications before signing; licensing proceeds do not necessarily represent recurring operating earnings.
Do you have datasets ready to buy?
This website is a sourcing and requirements desk, not a live inventory. We confirm availability, authority, quality and the proposed delivery arrangement for each opportunity before making a commitment.
